Challenges to Living in the Andaman Sea

The Andaman Sea is an amazing place, but like all other living destinations, it has its difficulties.
`
The biggest challenge to living in the Andaman Sea is finding where and how to locate the things humans need to survive. A huge component of this is food and water. "Lack of food remains a serious problem, with about 36 million people dying every year from causes directly or indirectly related to hunger." (Wikipedia: 2012). Without the nutrients given to us by food, our race would not survive; in the Andaman Sea the main source of food, is the sea. Trying to gather this food can prove great difficulty.
The Andaman Sea and the islands around it are bordering two tectonic plates. This can cause volcanic action (Figure 18 and 31) and tsunami occurrences as well as other natural deserters that devastate the civilisations and communities living in that area, as previously mentioned.
